A map for learning to work with AI — starting from zero. From your first conversation with a chatbot to confidently overseeing AI that does real work for you.
The first two take about twenty minutes together. Then climb — and don't rush: rungs 1–3 are where most of the value is for most people. Each rung ends with a gate, a short test of whether you're truly ready for the next one.
Working with AI is a ladder with five rungs. What changes at each rung is not the AI — it's you: how much of the work you hand over, and where you apply your judgment. That's why it's called the Judge Ladder: at every rung, your job is judgment. Climbing just changes where you apply it.
